Moritz Wagner gives at Magic
Franz and Moritz Wagner are on the floor for the first time this season. After surviving ankle injury, Moritz Wagner gives his Saisondeu debut.
Moritz Wagner had missed the first 18 games of Orlando Magic after having had to operate on the ankle in the off season. Because of this, the big one had to do without the European Championship. Wagner returned to the parquet against the Philadelphia 76ers.
The Magic had to compete against the substitute weakened Mixers, who competed without Joel Embodied, James Harden and Tyree Malay, but defeated with 99: 107. Moritz Wagner came to seven points (1/6 3FG) and five rebounds from the bank in his season debut. With 24 points (9/10 FT) Franz Wagner presented the top scorer of the Magic. With Paolo Ranchers, Orlando’s top pick also returned after surviving ankle injury.
The Mixers turned the game through a 30:20 in the third quarter, in the final section the guests defended the Magic comeback attempts. Our energy and toughness were not there in some of these decisive moments-we only reacted, analyzed Franz Wagner. At the Mixers, Shake Milton made a strong game with 24 points, nine rebounds and ten assists.
