VfB Stuttgart discusses complaint against Corona
The VFB Stuttgart reserves the right to proceed legally against the Corona restrictions on spectators.
“The decision is open,” said a spokesman for the Football Bundesliga club. Previously, the “picture on Sunday” had reported that the VfB consider a walk to court, but did not want to worry this alone.
Vizemister RB Leipzig is the first Bundesliga club against the Corona restrictions on the approval of fans. As the club announced on Saturday, the Saxon High Administrative Court in Bautzen submitted an application for “adoption of an interim injunction” in a rush procedure.
In contrast to the situation in other federal states, where again significantly more fans are allowed to go to the stadium, in Saxony is currently still an upper limit of a maximum of 1000 people.
In Baden-Württemberg, the professional clubs according to the currently valid alarm stage may be allowed again up to 6000 spectators in the stadium when the organizer applies the 2G-Plus rule. If the organizers want to stay with the 2G rule, an upper limit of 3000 visitors applies.
